IMS encouraging attendees to get up and active

Just added to the agenda! IMS will be offering Yoga, Oula, and a morning run on the rims on July 13th.

Innovate Montana Symposium is encouraging attendees to get up early (I know I know!) and get active on Thursday morning.  What better way to start the day, and shake off last night’s reception, than with a little fitness?!?

We are offering 3 different activities from 7am to 8am open to all attendees but space will be limited so get there early to claim your spot.

In Skybridge room 1 at the DoubleTree we’ll be offering an OULA class taught by Jenna Richter. OULA® is a high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration! OULA® is Dancemania for the Soul. And bonus, this fitness craze was created by a Montana entrepreneur.

Next, in Skybridge room 2 at the DoubleTree there will a restorative Yoga class taught by Sharli from Limbertree Studios in Billings.  Mats will be provided.  Stretch, get Zen, and then attack day 2 of the symposium.

Finally, for those that want to get out and see the most excellent view of Billings, come get in a refreshing 2 mile run in on the with the Yellowstone Rim Runners. Meet at Swords Park 10 minutes to 7 for a refreshing 2 mile run (or longer if you choose).  Check out the route here

If you’re not so into morning fitness, we’ll also have a light breakfast and coffee at the DoubleTree or you can get more out of your morning by joining CTA, Big Sky Economic Development, and Billings SBDC for breakfast Thursday morning, July 13, to learn and share with an experienced panel of experts in exploring three unique business models: business incubators, co-working spaces, reverse pitch. RSVP is required.
